We have been there today. My daughter wanted a ball of unicorn ice and that did not exist, because you only get it in the complete cup and not mix with others. I am customer = king! If I want to buy this ice cream that's it! That was the last time I spent my money there. It was not even politely declared but just bitched around. Impossible behavior!
